Chocolate Pie from White Beans with Dried Fruit

Delicious Coconut Flour Pancakes

I am a fan of all kinds of pies and pancakes, and in my eye I got a recipe for a quick cake of coconut flour 😀 I must admit that this will probably be my hit - in cases where there is no idea or time to do something to eat. 🌺🌺 Pancakes is made in five minutes, and to that they are delicious - as if they were not supposed to be from coconut flour. Coconut flour is very saturated (and it is used by far less than ordinary flour), so you can comfortably eat such 4 pancakes - and by reducing the amount of flour the pancakes are very dietetic (one serving of pancakes without additives - it is about 250 cal - And if you reduce fat to fry them, then even less).
