Corn-Oatmeal Pancakes

Pancakes are a great idea for breakfast. And what is the perfect breakfast? You know, it should be lightning, because in the morning time is always too little, should go alone to the mouth, nice to sip and give energy.

On 14 small pancakes:
60 g of corn flour
60 grams of ground oatmeal
75 g of banana
1/2 tsp. soda
1 linseed egg (1 tablespoon ground flax seeds + 3 tablespoons water)
peel and juice 1/2 of orange (80 g of juice came out)
120 g of water
pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt

Ground the flax seeds in 3 tablespoons. water, they must form a jelly-like mass, this happens very quickly. Banana is minted. Mix all the ingredients, let stand for 10 minutes. Bake pancakes in a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil.
With what served. First, this is my favorite baked plum jam, only in this case I made a quick option, baked less and it turned out more liquid.

Plum jam
1 kg of plums (remove bones and cut into small pieces)
1 tbsp. carob (you can take cocoa)
1 tbsp. unrefined cane sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. coconut chips

Mix everything, put it in a mold, cover with foil and bake at 190C for about an hour. The longer, the richer and denser it will be. I store it in a sealed can in the refrigerator. I add it to the breakfast cereal just in time.

Spicy apple-pear compote
1 large pear
2 apples
1 cinnamon stick
2 pcs. carnations
peel and juice 1/2 orange

Apples and a pear (they at me very sweet) to clear from core and cut into cubes. Put into a saucepan, add spices, zest and orange juice, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook occasionally stirring, 40 minutes. Cool down.

Supposedly, we should eat breakfast like a king in order to be lean and healthy — although the absurdity of eating more food in order to lose weight doesn’t seem to dawn on these geniuses. There’s nothing wrong with breakfast — just like there’s nothing wrong with no breakfast. What matters much more is what we eat for breakfast. Today - buckwheat! INGREDIENTS 🍩🍩🍩 3/4 cups of green buckwheat (generally not as much as you can do for one serving, you can for several) 1 tablespoon flax seeds 1 tablespoon seed split (optional, because composition is variable and without exotics, you can do it) 1/2 cup almond milk (can be replaced by anyone else who prefers) 2-3 days 1/2 large bananas A pinch of pink Himalayan salt vanilla Berries, fruit, nuts, coconut shavings for decoration INSTRUCTIONS 🍌🍌🍌 Buckwheat soaked in clean drinki...

Gently flip and continue to cook until both sides are lightly browned and the insides are cooked through, 2 - 3 more minutes. Repeat...
