Breakfast of Raw Green Buckwheat

Breakfast is the meal that we’re constantly told that we must eat. Supposedly, we should eat breakfast like a king in order to be lean and healthy — although the absurdity of eating more food in order to lose weight doesn’t seem to dawn on these geniuses.
There’s nothing wrong with breakfast — just like there’s nothing wrong with no breakfast.
What matters much more is what we eat for breakfast.

Today - buckwheat!

INGREDIENTS 🍩🍩🍩

  • 3/4 cups of green buckwheat (generally not as much as you can do for one serving, you can for several)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon seed split (optional, because composition is variable and without exotics, you can do it)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (can be replaced by anyone else who prefers)
  • 2-3 days
  • 1/2 large bananas
  • A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • vanilla

  • Berries, fruit, nuts, coconut shavings for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS 🍌🍌🍌

Buckwheat soaked in clean drinking water for a night, or for a couple of hours. Rinse. If chia seeds are used, soak them in almond milk for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Serve with anything you want)) You can do on the water, and not on milk. Today, for example, I made such an option: green buckwheat, wheat sprouts, flax seeds, half a banana, half an orange (peeled and cut into pieces), it's all in a blender, and served with frozen strawberries, cherries, apples and pumpkin seeds.

I'm sure there will be a question, is it tasty? It is delicious. It's sweet, sweeter can be done by adding more dried fruits or a banana, or any sweet fruit. The fact that this is made from raw products can not be felt at all. This I know by myself, I want to try, but stubborn, but suddenly I can not take it into my mouth?))) So, at least try, it's worth it. Well, if there is interest and desire of course. On the benefits and nutrition.

In general, at the moment this is my favorite breakfast!

Bon Appetit :-)
