I am a fan of all kinds of pies and pancakes, and in my eye I got a recipe for a quick cake of coconut flour 😀
I must admit that this will probably be my hit - in cases where there is no idea or time to do something to eat. 🌺🌺
Pancakes is made in five minutes, and to that they are delicious - as if they were not supposed to be from coconut flour.
Coconut flour is very saturated (and it is used by far less than ordinary flour), so you can comfortably eat such 4 pancakes - and by reducing the amount of flour the pancakes are very dietetic (one serving of pancakes without additives - it is about 250 cal - And if you reduce fat to fry them, then even less).
If you have some more time, you can beat the eggs with eggs, then the pancakes will be more fluffy.

I give the recipe for two portions (in my opinion).
INGREDIENTS 🍩🍩🍩
2 large eggs
3 slightly creamy coconut flour spoons
75 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar or another "sweetener"
half a teaspoon of baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS 🍌🍌🍌
Mix all the ingredients together (you can separate the protein from the yolks and beat them separately - then gently mix the foam with the rest of the dough).
Prepare the dough for about 5 minutes to lightly thicken.
Smear the pan gently with oil and fry the small pancakes until they are browned on both sides (I was frying in a frying pan).
Heat the beets with your favorite accessories.
